Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

This policy explains how Spectra Law Firm PLLC ("Spectra Law," "we" or "us") handles information collected through spectra.law.

Information we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, company, the topic you select and your message. We do not ask for, and you should not send, confidential information through the form.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, to check for conflicts of interest and to decide whether we can help you. We do not sell or rent your information.

Service providers

Our website is hosted by Netlify, which also processes contact form submissions and delivers them to us by email. Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts. These providers process information under their own privacy policies.

No attorney-client relationship

Submitting the contact form or otherwise contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only through a signed engagement letter.

Retention and security

We keep inquiries only as long as needed to respond, to maintain conflict records and to meet our professional obligations. We use reasonable measures to protect the information we receive, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete information you submitted through this website by sending a request through our contact form. Some information may need to be kept to meet legal or professional obligations.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
